Winter Warmer 2025 Fundraising Ball

Ticket Purchase and Pricing

Tickets are available as individual entries (£85 per ticket) or as a table of ten (£850 per table). All ticket prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Tickets grant access to the Winter Warmer Fundraising Ball 2025, including the evening’s scheduled entertainment and catering, subject to availability and final programme.

Refunds and Cancellations

All ticket purchases are non-refundable. In the event of cancellation by the organisers, ticket holders will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer their ticket to a rescheduled date. Tickets are transferable to another individual upon request, subject to approval by the organisers.

Event Details

The event will take place on Friday, 7th November 2025, at Delta Hotels by Marriott, Gateshead. Guests are advised to arrive promptly; final timings will be communicated closer to the event date. The dress code is formal black tie.

Accessibility and Dietary Requirements

Guests with accessibility needs or dietary requirements must notify the organisers no later than 14 days prior to the event. While all reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate requests, specific provisions cannot be guaranteed.

Conduct and Behaviour

All attendees are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly throughout the event. The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any guest whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate or disruptive.

Photography and Media

Photography and videography may be conducted during the event for promotional purposes. By attending, guests consent to the use of their image in future marketing materials unless otherwise stated in writing prior to the event.

Fundraising and Donations

All proceeds from ticket sales, auctions, raffles, and donations will support Citizens Advice Gateshead’s Winter Warmer campaign. Funds raised will be used to build and distribute Winter Warmer Packs to individuals and families affected by fuel poverty.

Data Protection and Privacy

Personal data collected during ticket purchase will be used solely for event administration and communication. All ticket purchases and donations are transacted through Stripe, please refer to their Privacy Policy for details on how payment information is handled securely. For general data handling, please refer to the Citizens Advice Gateshead Privacy Policy.

Liability

The organisers accept no responsibility for personal belongings lost or damaged during the event. Attendance is at the guest’s own risk. The organisers shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the event.
